Thermocharger hood scoop produces the same visual impact on the hood (bonnet) of the vehicle with its futuristic design, as does the Thermocharger hot air induction housing fitted to the engine. The Thermocharger hood scoop lets other car enthusiasts know your engine is fitted with the world's most advanced engine technology.
Thermocharger hood scoop should NOT be confused with the functional Thermocharger air cleaner housing
The Thermocharger hood scoop is NON-functional like the fancy NON-functional engine covers used in today's new cars. It should NOT be confused with the functional Thermocharger air cleaner housing which fits over the engine and is thermostatically controlled to maintain a hot air induction temperature during all weather conditions.

Fitting
No drilling required. The Thermocharger hood scoop easily mounts onto the surface of the hood with concealed 3M Acrylic Foam Tape and will fit most vehicles. However, since the curvature of the hood varies with each different vehicle, the scoop may need to be slightly trimmed to match the contours of some hoods.
